I would like to take this opportunity to provide feedback on the positive and professional business relationship that I have had since purchasing my new Volvo in 2004. James has continued to support me in all matters of business and now he is bending backwards to assist me with obtaining the original Certificate of Origin and Original Bill of Sale that was erroneously packed by shippers when I move from South Korea, Osan Air Base. I will not be accepting my household goods due to a quick deployment to Iraq and I am in desperate need of getting my Volvo out of storage in Las Vegas. Again, I have had nothing but a positive experience and relationship with James Brunt since I became a member of the Volvo Team.
