Mr. Brunt – I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for making the entire purchase of our new Volvo a very professional, courteous and enjoyable process. You and your staff were always, and continue to be, very involved and helpful in every aspect of customer service. My wife, Angela, and I have taken the vehicle on road trips every weekend since receiving it several weeks ago, and we get compliments on the styling and sharp looks of the vehicle. The driving experience is fantastic. The XC90 handles like a sports car and is quite economical when it comes to fuel costs. The greatest compliment I can give the vehicle came from an experience I had this morning. Albuquerque was hit with a winter snow storm last night and our town received 2 feet of snow. As I drove to work this morning, I noticed many other SUVs and 4WD vehicles struggling to stay on the road. Due to the advanced traction controls and systems of the XC90, I was able to effortlessly stay on the road, and the vehicle seemed to be at home in the slush, ice and snow of the road. I have never been more impressed with a vehicle! Once again Mr. Brunt, thank you for you time and assistance and for helping our family purchase such a great vehicle.
