2013 XC60

James and Lisa, We just wanted you both to know that we love our new Volvo XC-60. It is a beautiful car and runs as smooth as can be. We appreciate the efforts both of you made on our behalf to make this a great experience. Our daughter especially loves the DVD players in the back seat – she`s waited 9 years for that! James, we do miss Okinawa and wish you continued success. This was our second tour there and if you recall, we spoke with you about the volvos back in 2006, but decided not to get one then. When we came back in 2010 we knew we had to take advantage this time. We are so glad we did. You made the process truly pleasant.
